  • Click the link in that email at any time to see the latest delivery status.
  • If you can’t find your confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder.


Still can’t locate your tracking details?

Email us at customercare@privepet.com with your order number and shipping address, and we’ll be happy to resend your tracking link.
